By using Farm Marketing Engine ("the service"), operated by the Agriculture Marketing Agency, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we provide

Tools and services that help farms get found online: a website analysis, blog-writing tools, SEO audits and plans, and done-for-you marketing. Some parts are free and some are paid, as described on our services page.

Your content is yours

The website content you submit stays yours. The blog posts and materials we generate for you are yours to use for your farm. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it.

Honest use

• Use the service for your own farm or business, not to abuse, overload, or resell it without permission.
• Only submit websites and information you have the right to use.
• Do not use the service to create misleading or unlawful content.

Payments

Paid plans (such as the $29 and $79 monthly blog plans) are billed as shown at signup. You can cancel a subscription anytime, and it will stop at the end of the current billing period. One-time services are billed as agreed before work begins.

No ranking guarantees

We use real data and proven practices, but search rankings depend on Google and many factors outside our control. We cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable or change. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
